In Q4 2022, the Malta-based iGaming company launched its first campaigns with Enteractive, focusing on the Caxino, Wheelz and Wildz brands.

Sam Brown, CCO at Rootz, said: “Having seen the benefits of Enteractive’s approach to reactivation and retention on behalf of operator partners, bringing their teams on board with Rootz to maximise our player NGRs is a no-brainer.

"Although we’re in the early stages of activity, I’m excited to see the uplift in player engagement because of Enteractive’s campaigns.”

Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: “Rootz has a 360-degree approach to their business, so it’s great to be working with another iGaming company that sees the benefits of converting all player revenue opportunities.”

Recently, Entain Group subsidiary BetCity, which operates an online sportsbook in the Netherlands, chose Enteractive to conduct reactivation campaigns in the country's regulated market.

Meanwhile, Enteractive was victorious at the Global Gaming Awards London 2023.

At the sixth edition of the Awards, the provider's retention services were given the ultimate industry backing, as a panel of 50 C-level Judges voted Enteractive as Services Provider of the Year.

The category, sponsored by Soft2Bet, saw past winner Continent 8 Technologies finish runner-up, with another former winner in Internet Vikings finishing third.

Enteractive's victory shows that a focus on retention is very on trend right now, additionally showing why the supplier is receiving additional business such as this Rootz deal.
