VizExplorer announces investment from Dry Line Partners

VizExplorer has closed a Purchase Agreement with Dry Line Partners (DLP), which makes it DLP’s second platform investment.

This agreement will see DLP acquire the complete assets of VizExplorer’s parent company, VizExp.

VizExplorer President and CEO David Patent said: "We are thrilled to have DLP as our new financial partner. We have been working with the DLP team for several months and have found a great fit for our team and our business.

“DLP will help facilitate continued innovation and investment in the critical strategic areas of the business.”

VizExplorer is a business intelligence provider for the casino gaming industry. It uses data to generate visualizations, reporting and recommendations, so that operators can make enhanced decisions regarding marketing and player development.

The company provides technology to hundreds of properties on an international level, which generates an accumulative $10b in annual casino revenue.

DLP is a private equity firm based in San Antonio, Texas, which seeks to invest in durable technology.
