Last year, Betsson held a number of Diversity and Inclusion conferences, to create a platform where dialogue and discussion regarding diversity and belonging could be encouraged.

Attempting to build on this event, Betsson has released a network that will aim to keep promoting this message in the country of Malta. It will provide practical tools and resources for both individuals and companies to be able to make a positive impact.

There will be a half-day launch event on Wednesday 22 March 2023. This will take place at the Betsson Group Experience Centre in Ta’ Xbiex.

Attendees can expect talks from Lena Nordin, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Maria Loumpourdi, Head of Talent Development, on how Betsson Group hopes to deal with Diversity and Inclusion.

There will also be an open discussion regarding the ideas of attendees and how the D&I network should evolve to meet the needs of professionals in Malta.

Lena Nordin, CHRO at Betsson Group, said: “We believe that diversity drives innovation and success, and we are excited to launch the first D&I Network in Malta, where we can connect with others who share similar values and work together to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture that benefits all.”

Betsson Group would like to invite all individuals and organisations who are interested in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, no matter their industry or organisational size.
