Nutton has also been appointed to the Audit Committee, Nomination and Governance Committee, and Compensation Committee of the Board.
The Board now comprises nine members.
Currently, Nutton works as a gaming consultant and executive coach. She has more than four decades of extensive experience in the gaming sector.

She formerly worked for Wynn Las Vegas as Executive Vice President of Casino Operations from 2013 to 2018, during which time she provided advice before the pre-opening of Encore Boston Harbor, a new Wynn resort. She has also held positions at MGM Resorts.
Nutton was a founding board member of Global Gaming Women and a previous member of the Global Gaming Expo's ("G2E") advisory board.
