Following the recent retirement of former CFO, James Bunitsky, Scientific Games launched a search for a new CFO to appoint in his place.
Bunitsky joined Scientific Games in 1981 and was integral to the sale of the Scientific Games Lottery to Brookfield Business Partners in April 2022.
Negro has extensive experience as a CFO, accepting his first appointment for Navistar in May 2013. He has since gone on to serve in the same position across several companies including Dover Food Retail and Honeywell.
Most recently, he was made Vice President of Honeywell, a company that specialises in industrial solutions within the aerospace field.

“He has a thorough understanding of the complexity of international operations in a service-based business and broad knowledge of corporate structure, compliance and strategy.

McHugh went on to stress the importance of maintaining legal compliance and staying within the boundaries of corporate governance in regard to government-related lottery contracts.
Negro will use his 20 years of experience as a CFO to oversee the financial, strategic and operational management of the company as they move forwards.
