DraftKings increases number of payment options

The leading daily fantasy sports (DFS) platform is expanding its payment options through a partnership with Paysafe. The online payment provider is widely known for enabling customers to pay without entering their personal data and allowing payment through prepaid cards or digital wallets. Paysafe will be the exclusive debit and credit card processor for DraftKings.

The new partnership will help fans to make easier, simplier and efficient payments, according to Jeffrey Haas, Chief International Officer of DraftKings. The CIO said: “Working with Paysafe is an important step for us in our business growth. They are assisting us in meeting our customer demands while reaching an ever-increasing number of players.”

Executive Vice President Neil Erlick at Paysafe is also excited by the deal. Elrick added: “Helping the businesses we work with grow their payment options in existing and new markets is central to what we do.”
