LeoVegas sportsbook to be fully launched this week

LeoV

LeoVegas
egas is to complete a full launch of its sportsbook offering this Friday.

The online operator announced in January it had partnered with provider Kambi to offer sports wagering, expanding on its casino vertical, which was previously the only form of gaming available on its site.

This is not the first time Kambi has struck a deal to launch a sportsbook this year, as it also agreed to be the provider of Mr Green’s sportsbook, which is set to launch in the autumn of this year.

Some aspects of the LeoVegas sportsbook are already live on the site, but the full offering will be made available this Friday.

LeoVegas Sport, which will offer wagering opportunities for sports including football, golf, horseracing and eSports, will be launched in the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Sweden and Canada.

The launch marks the latest marketing effort from LeoVegas, after launching a television advertising campaign in the UK earlier this year for its mobile casino offering.

An elimination penalty shootout competition in June will celebrate the launch and coincide with the beginning of Euro 2016 on 10 June.
