He will oversee the company's commercial strategy, expanding its global footprint and ensuring its ongoing success in markets.
Prior to joining BGaming, Norder served as QTech Games' CCO, where he led the company's expansion throughout Asia and into new markets.
He is known for his ability to build trusting connections with customers and business partners, as well as for his strategic approach to business development.

BGaming received a Class II licence from the Romanian National Gambling Agency in October 2022.
The company highlighted the importance of the licence's approval, saying it would let BGaming "boost its international reach and deliver its products to the Romanian market."
