The amusement and gaming manufacturer, Incredible Technologies, has recently committed to evolving the company to align with its new strategic vision.

As part of this vision, Brad Splear will join the company as the new CFO to lead its finance team.

Although this will be Splear’s first role at Incredible Technologies, he has held the position of CFO at several other industrial companies. He also has over 25 years of financial leadership experience to bring to Incredible Technologies.

Splear’s responsibilities will include directing the company’s financial goals, overseeing the investment of funds and managing any associated risks.

Dave Stone was also named the new Vice President of Gaming Sales.

Stone first joined Incredible Technologies in 2007, where he worked his way up to the Regional Sales Manager position.

In 2018, Stone returned to the company as the Director of Sales for Canada after gaining experience in the role elsewhere.

After leading several international expansions across both Canada and Europe, he will take on the position of Vice President of Gaming Sales.

There, he will lead the Sales team and oversee the company’s commercial strategy and planning objectives.

President of Gaming, Dan Schrementi, said: “Incredible Technologies is writing a new chapter in its storied 38-year history.

“The best word to describe that chapter is ‘focus’. That includes focus on cultivating the very best talent to deliver the products we’re known for.

“Brad and Dave join the executive team at a pivotal time and their expertise is a welcome addition to the extraordinary effort that is underway among our staff.”
