Intralot is an integrated gambling, lottery, sports betting management and interactive gambling service provider.
The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
Intralot announced that Member of the Board and Deputy CEO, Fotis Konstantellos, will step down from his positions.
Konstantellos joined Intralot in March 2015 as the Group Director for Products and Services.
He held several more roles within the company, before being appointed Group Deputy CEO in December 2020.
Konstantellos will be succeeded by Farris, who held positions in Intralot previously.
Farris joined Intralot in 1997 as a Technical Director. He was then promoted to CTO, which he held for several years before leaving to work in the same position in a different company.
Farris will take on the position of Member of the Board, as well as his previous CTO role.
As CTO, will be expected to oversee the IT department within Intralot. He will be responsible for integrating the needs of the business with the operations, as well as ensuring the long-term necessities of the company.
Intralot Chairman and CEO Sokratis Kokkalis thanked Konstantellos for his contribution to the company, and wished Farris every success in his new role.
Chrysostomos Sfatos, a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, will assume the role of Deputy CEO.
Sfatos will be responsible for supporting CEO Kokkalis in strategy and organisational matters, as well as overseeing the development and delivery of income-generating projects.
