Symplify is a SaaS company specialising in customer experience and engagement.

As a global provider of blockchain technology, nChain will support Symplify’s products through its Web3 and enterprise blockchain technology.

The collaboration aims to produce solutions with improved security and efficiency in the iGaming industry.

Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify, said: "This partnership represents a significant milestone for Symplify and nChain.

"We believe that the collaboration between our two organisations will accelerate the development of groundbreaking responsible gaming solutions that will drive the adoption of this technology across diverse industries, and markets.

"By combining our expertise in responsible gaming solutions with nChain's blockchain technology, we can ensure that players can enjoy online gaming with confidence, and peace of mind."

The solutions will adopt features such as traceability and transparency in transactions, to prevent fraud and money laundering.

There will also be responsible gaming practices put in place, including giving players the ability to self-exclude.

The blockchain technology will enable an extra layer of security through immutable data and modernised data privacy practices.

NChain Group CEO, Christen Ager-Hansen, said: "We are thrilled to partner with Symplify, as their experience and success in the gaming industry will complement our blockchain expertise, and together, we can create a new standard for online gaming.

“Our partnership in responsible gaming is only the beginning of our collaboration.

“We are already looking into other possibilities that will unlock new opportunities for businesses to realise the full potential of blockchain technology."
