Operator Betfast signs new deal with Fast Track

Operator for the Brazilian market Betfast.io has signed a new deal with customer engagement platform Fast Track.

Operator Betfast signs new deal with Fast Track

The partnership will strengthen the position of both companies in the Brazilian market, according to Betfast.

Furthermore, the deal comes after Fast Track’s integration of Open AI into its platform, for updated real-time data analysis and more player personalisations. Betfast says this only “enhances” the partnership.

Fast Track CCO Jean-Luc Ferriere said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Betfast.io and supporting them in their efforts to take their player engagement to the next level.

“Our powerful customer engagement platform will provide Betfast.io with the tools they need to create personalised experiences for their players, drive loyalty and ultimately grow their business.”

Khatlen Guse, VP of Betfast.io, added: “We are excited to be working with Fast Track and leveraging their cutting-edge technology to improve our player engagement and retention efforts.

“We believe this partnership will help us achieve our growth objectives in the Brazilian market and deliver exceptional, hyper-personalised experiences to our players.”

This latest partnership for Fast Track comes after it integrated the gameplay risk engine Greco into its platform in January 2023.

Fast Track partners are now able to use Greco’s services to improve player segmentation and improve efficiency, according to the CRM provider.

Essentially, clients can leverage Greco to facilitate the automation of player communications to deter players at the first sign of any dubious behaviour.

The addition of Greco added another tool in Fast Track’s armoury, which it says helps operators to “innovate and grow.”
