Entain buys 365scores for £120m
Entain has acquired sports media company 365scores for a price of £120m ($150m).
365scores offers editorial and social content, as well as scores & sports information with free-to-play sports-themed games.
The company has over 15 million active users across the globe and is aiming to expand further.
Customers will have access to a wider selection of interactive content and experiences, thanks to the combination of 365scores’ expertise in data-driven sports media content and Entain’s global reach and market platform capabilities.
Entain recently marked the opening of its 100th Digi-Hub retail betting location in Muirhouse, Scotland.
Entain-owned companies Ladbrokes and Coral have made arrangements to accommodate the Digi-Hub, which Entain plans to extend to more than 200 locations by the end of 2024.
There are currently 99 additional Digi-Hubs in the UK and Ireland, all of which have interactive displays and digital connections.

Furthermore, Entain reported 2022 revenue of £4.2bn. Meanwhile, at £993m for 2022, its underlying EBITDA was 13% higher than the year before, and its total profit increased to £2.71bn, up 11% from £2.43bn.
