12Bet become Official Partner of West Brom FC
12Bet have expanded their sports sponsored ventures by agreeing terms with West Bromwich Albion. The 12Bet logo will be present on all the football teams’ sleeves for the 2017/18 season.
12Bet was founded in 2007 and is a privately owned online gambling company who have previously made sponsorship deals with Arsenal and Leicester F.C. The exact cost of the West Brom deal has yet to be revealed.
Simon King, Albion’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “12BET are a reputable brand with a rich history of working in the Premier League. With strong Asian links continuing to grow, this was instantly recognised as a perfect partnership.”
The 139 year-old West Brom has enjoyed a position in the top flight of English football since 2009 and can boast of a 26,000 seated stadium. Their fan base is well established and media exposure is vast thanks to the English Premier Leagues lucrative television deals.
12BET spokesman Rory Anderson added: “We are excited to be the first ever betting company to partner with a Premier League club as both Shirt Arm and Training Wear partner. The sustained success of West Brom in the Premier League makes them a great fit for 12BET who have a long standing heritage as a recognisable Premier League brand.”
