Catena Media announces replacement for resigning board member

In response, Catena has announced the appointment of Öystein Engebretsen, who has accepted an offer to succeed Brandt as one of its directors.

Engebretsen will serve until the next annual general meeting, receiving the same remuneration as Catena’s other board members.

The new director is a member of the Nomination Committee, being a representative of second-largest shareholder Öresund, but did not participate in the nomination process of his own appointment.

Kathryn Moore Barker, Chairman, said: “We thank Anders for his very well-accomplished and professional work on the board and welcome Öystein as a new member of the board of directors.”

Engebretsen said: “Catena Media is one of Investment AB Öresund’s core holdings and as such it is natural for us to take an active part in the development of the company to further strengthen its position as a leading lead generator.”
