The deal allows Kindred to offer both online and offline sports betting, as well as online gaming, through the Unibet brand.
Pennsylvania is the second US state Kindred has entered, with the operator previously signing deals with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Scientific Games and Kambi in the state of New Jersey.
Kindred says it will continue to grow its US operations "where market conditions support a sustainable business model," adding that partnering Mohegan Sun Pocono is part of securing regulatory approval in Pennsylvania.
