Loto Québec gives IGT three-year contract extension

IGT Canada Solutions, a subsidiary of International Game Technology (IGT), has extended its contract with Loto Québec.

Loto Québec gives IGT three-year contract extension

The deal involves IGT providing its Intelligen video lottery central system and has been prolonged by three years.

As part of the agreement, IGT will supply hotline services for the Intelligen central system, advanced business intelligence, distributed game management and proactive diagnostic modules.

IGT will also continue to provide Loto Québec with lottery instant ticket vending machines, video lottery terminals (VLTs), casino slots, interactive games, Canadian bingo and poker networks.

Jay Gendron, IGT Chief Operating Officer of Lottery, said: “Our Intelligen solution is used by Loto Québec to monitor nearly 10,000 VLTs in the province, all of which are provided by IGT.

“The Intelligen central management system ensures the lottery has full control of the complexity, security, integrity and advanced reporting of their VLT network to optimise operations and drive growth for their business.”

IGT says Intelligen offers stable and secure command control capabilities tailored to VLT gaming environments.
