Smarkets plans to initially operate its recently launched SBK sportsbook as part of the multi-million dollar, long-term agreements.
Indiana sports betting legislation became law in May when Governor Eric Holcomb signed the bill, exactly one year after PASPA was overturned by the US Supreme Court.
SBK will be available to players in Indiana to download for iOS and Android in late 2019.
Meanwhile, Colorado residents will vote in November to ratify the state’s sports betting bill. If it is approved, online sports wagering could be on offer in the state by Spring 2020.
Smarkets says it is also likely to introduce its betting exchange service, where players are able to bet against each other rather than the bookmaker, as more states implement online sports betting.
The operator has processed over £14bn ($15.6bn) in trading volume through its betting exchange service.
Alex Stolyar, Full House Resorts SVP & Chief Development Officer, said: "This is a very exciting time for sports betting in Indiana and Colorado and we are delighted to partner with Smarkets.
"The SBK sportsbook platform brings many new innovations to the industry, including a unique social network to heighten the customer experience."
