The Swedish-licensed Mandalorian Technologies operates the No Account Casino, No Account Bet and Prank Casino brands in the country, and has implemented Paf’s policies for responsible gaming since September 2019.
The acquisition sees Paf become one of the 10 largest gaming companies in Sweden.
Paf CEO Christer Fahlstedt, said: “We have been following Mandalorian Technologies closely for almost a year and we are impressed by the company. This is a company that did not exist two years ago and their journey has been fantastic.
“The acquisition is a clear signal of Paf’s long-term ambition to be a leader in the Swedish licensed market.”
Last October, Paf announced cutting its annual loss limit, the maximum value a player can lose in a year, by €5,000 ($5,657) to €25,000. The initiative, which saw Paf become the first operator to set maximum loss limits, led to the operator winning the Corporate Responsibility Program of the year award at last month’s Global Gaming Awards, powered by Gambling Insider.
