Everygame Poker brings back Wipeout Series with daily $1,250 jackpot
By Gambling Insider

Taking place daily at 8:30pm EST, budding poker players can enter the tournament with a simple $20 buy-in, making it one of the more affordable poker tournaments on the circuit.

Everygame Poker also guarantees a $1,250 jackpot on a daily basis, for a format which has remained popular with players for several years.

The tournament, which uses the classic Texas Hold’em poker variant, provides players with 3,000 chips, although the blinds increase every 10 minutes. The ‘Wipeout’ element enters the game when players have run out of chips.

Everygame Poker is also running satellite poker events throughout the week, in addition to the main Wipeout game. The contest runs for four weeks and is held seven days per week.

As part of the announcement, Everygame Poker also promoted its Everygame Slot of the Month title, which in March is Return to Paris.

Customers can obtain 250 free spins when playing the prison-themed title, while there are several bonus deposits also on offer. A $25 deposit will return 30 free spins to the customer, $50 will return 60 and $75 will return 80.

On the poker front, the return of Everygame Poker’s Wipeout Series follows two similar announcements.

Firstly, PokerStars announced the dates for this year’s European Poker Tour, to be held at the Monte-Carlo Casino, between 28 April and 7 May. The tournament features buy-ins ranging between €5,300 to €100,000 ($5,780 to $109,072), with cash prizes for the winner often surpassing the €1m mark.

Secondly, the Caesars Entertainment World Series of Poker is moving back to its original home on the Las Vegas Strip. This year’s tournament will run between 31 May and 20 July, hosted at Bally’s Hotel & Casino (soon to be rebranded as Horseshoe) and Paris Hotel & Casino. 'The Housewarming' opening weekend event has a prize pool of $5m.
