Palms Casino Resort inks deal with VizExplorer ahead of planned reopening
By Gambling Insider

The property, located near the Strip, will install VizExplorer’s solution as the operator looks to strengthen the ability of its host team to conduct VIP outreach, developing “strong relationships with valuable customers in the highly competitive Las Vegas market.”

VizExplorer’s tool will purportedly empower the casino’s player development team by providing them with mobile access to customer data, notifications about players’ on-site activity and automated task management.

“When evaluating tools for our player development team, hostVizOps quickly became the clear choice for us,” said Greg Shulman, Vice President of Casino Marketing at Palms.

“We look forward to our host team at Palms leveraging this tool and seeing the benefits of partnering with VizExplorer.”

This deal comes ahead of Palms planned reopening. The property closed in 2020, and since then has changed hands, being sold by Red Rock Resorts to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in 2021.

Following an over $600m renovation project, the tribal operator intends to open Palms one week from now, on 27 April. To mark this occasion, guests will be treated to a fireworks display.

David Patent, CEO at VizExplorer, commented: “We are excited to be part of the reopening of Palms.

“HostVizOps will allow their hosts to be productive and efficient, enabling them to build outstanding relationships with their customers.”

VizExplorer, meanwhile, has signed agreements this year with other tribal operators, including the Navajo Nation and Mohegan Sun Pocono.
