GLI promotes Ginnie Hollis to Director of Engineering
By Gambling Insider

In her new role, she will work closely with many of GLI’s iGaming clients to streamline processes and testing services.

Hollis will also work to onboard new clients and coordinate any communication between operators, regulators and suppliers regarding their regulatory and operational needs.

Mackenzie Haugh, GLI’s Vice President of Engineering, expressed his confidence in Hollis to fulfil all the requirements of her new role.

“Ginnie is an unbelievable role model, relentlessly ensuring both her teams and her customers receive a world-class experience,” Haugh remarked.

“In her new position, she will bring that same passion to an even larger audience, driving more success for her customers and teams.”

Hollis’ promotion marks the latest step in a 17-year-long career at GLI. She first joined in 2005 as a Test Engineer Level 1 and since then, has risen through the ranks.

Hollis’ previous roles at GLI include Senior Engineer, Technical Engineering Manager and, immediately prior to her recent promotion, Senior Manager of Engineering. She had held this latter role since 2020.

GLI also called Hollis a “champion for women in STEM.” When asked recently on what advice she would give to young women considering a career in STEM, Hollis said: “Absolutely go for it. Women can do anything and, and we’re here proving that every day.”

Her promotion follows a recent string of appointments by GLI, including two in May that saw Malvina Mikaelian and Kelly Myers promoted to new positions.
