MGA Games partners with Betfair for Colombian debut

Betfair has already launched the first of MGA’s titles in the LatAm country, including Golden Throne, Gold Mermaid by Renata Gonzalez, Wild Africa, Lucky Dragon and Castle Slots, with more to come in the near future.

Javier Lanfranchi, Sales Director at MGA Games, said: “Latin America is an important market for us. And continuing to position ourselves in Colombia is an important part of our internationalisation strategy.

“To do this with a partner like Betfair, one of the most important international operators with whom we have an excellent collaborative relationship, is greatly satisfying for us.

"We are sure this will be a highly positive relationship for both parties. At MGA Games, we create unique localised products that meet the highest quality standards, and we are sure that Betfair Colombia users will love them.”

Meanwhile, MGA recently announced it had debuted in both Italy and the Netherlands, following agreements with Microgame and Fair Play Casino respectively.

In Italy, Microgame signed a deal with MGA to provide MGA’s premium production games in its casinos.

Joan Sanahuja, CEO and Founder of MGA Games, commented on that deal: “This collaboration represents an important step in our expansion strategy towards Italy, the second-largest regulated market in Europe. Microgame has a profile that makes it the ideal partner.”

Furthermore, in the Netherlands, MGA has an agreement with Fair Play Casino – which initially was limited to 10 certified games but will expand in due course.

Lanfranchi said of the Dutch deal: "We have made a strong commitment to the Netherlands, a recently regulated market, which represents an important part of the MGA Games' global expansion strategy. We are sure that with our localised product and our plan for launching high-performance games, Dutch casino operators will benefit enormously."
