In recent years, following a Wall Street Journal article that accused Wynn of having a 'decades-long pattern of sexual misconduct' regarding his female staff, Wynn has been the subject of multiple legal battles.

A Wynn Resorts massage therapist has filed a lawsuit alleging the company continues to create a hostile working environment for her, years after she claimed then-CEO Steve Wynn forced her to act as an on-call sexual servant.

The accuser, Brenna Schrader, has had a lawsuit submitted on her behalf. It states: “The plaintiff was subjected to rape and sexual assaults beginning in 2012 until 2018 by either Mr Wynn or a VIP guest and was required to remain on call for Mr Wynn’s sexual satisfaction.”

Furthermore, speaking exclusively to Gambling Insider, Jordan Matthews – a legal partner at Weinberg Gonser Frost LLP – explained how Wynn used improper influence from China to lobby former-President Donald Trump on behalf of the Asian country in 2017.

However, Wynn defeated a US lawsuit that said Wynn should be registered as a Chinese agent after US District Judge James Boasberg stated that, because any relationship between Wynn and the Chinese Government ended in 2017, the GOP donor was not obliged to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
