By Gambling Insider

The player development team will shortly begin training as the QCI host is now being deployed throughout the property.

Cory Bobb, Casino Marketing Manager of Spirit Mountain Casino, said: "We believe QCI Host will equip our experienced host team with the tools they need to become even more productive, providing our hosts with real-time data that will increase profitability and provide an enhanced guest experience."

Dr. Ralph Thomas, QCI CEO, said: "Spirit Mountain Casino's decision to select our QCI Platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customer's needs.

"We collaborate daily with the 1,800 player development professionals using our host tool to constantly add features and functionality for ease of use."

Recently, Baha Mar in The Bahamas welcomed QCI as a partner.

Casino slots will be updated by the new QCI platform, which provides technology that allows completely coordinated operations across all activities.

The data-driven application will aim to optimise Baha Mar's gaming experience by analysing player interaction and improving machine performance.

While training is slated to start soon, the casino operations team is currently installing QCI Slots all across the site.

Thomas said: "We are honoured to have Baha Mar Casino join the QCI Community, adding to the more than 100 casino resorts and over 4,000 users actively using our platform."

Furthermore, the QCI Platform will be installed at Blue Lake Casino and Hotel in Blue Lake, California, according to plans by the hotel and QCI.
