Sportradar wins bid for global ATP data and betting rights
By Gambling Insider

This comes after an RFP procedure directed by Tennis Data Innovations (TDI). Since the beginning of 2022, the company has supplied official secondary data feeds for the ATP Tour and Challenger Tour. It also has a long list of partnerships with professional sports organisations.

Five bidders participated in the RFP process, which was started by TDI in January 2023 and included many rounds of detailed offers for a six-year rights cycle starting in 2024.

The procedure was established in 2020, after TDI was formed as a specialised joint venture entity of ATP and ATP Media, to administer all data and betting streaming products for the ATP Tour and ATP Challenger Tour.

David Lampitt, TDI CEO, said: "We are grateful to all the bidders who showed such commitment to our content throughout the selection process.

"Sportradar has been chosen as the best partner to deliver against our growth ambitions due to their combination of product capabilities, global reach and an innovative commercial model that preserved our ability to share in the continued growth of this market.”

Carsten Koerl, Sportradar CEO, said: “Our expertise in developing advanced technologies including computer vision and AI which create advanced analytics and data visualisation, will drive new, compelling ways for fans to engage with tennis, while also safeguarding and upholding its integrity.”

SKS365 and Sportradar recently agreed to a multi-year partnership to improve the betting experience on Planetwin365 with a full entertainment package.
