Kwiff extends partnership with Xtremepush
By Matthew Nicholson

The new arrangement now allows Kwiff to gain access to Xtremepush’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement and CDP Platform.

The original deal saw Kwiff sharpen its engagement and retention strategy by using personalised notifications for games or events that are relevant to players based on their profiles, all powered by Xtremepush.

Speaking about the new expansion, Kwiff’s CEO, Charles Lee, said: “After much in-depth competitor research Xtremepush came out as the clear provider of choice as they share our personalisation philosophy.

"It is a tool that is not just suitable for our needs today, but for what we hope will be many years to come, and will allow us to fully realise our vision for player communications.”

Meanwhile, Chief Revenue Officer Rob Pryce said: “We’re delighted to be deepening our strategic relationship with Kwiff. The Xtremepush platform’s advanced real-time data ingestion and communication suite is a natural complement to Kwiff’s proprietary technology.

“We’re looking forward to working with Kwiff to further integrate our technologies and provide their players with the most personalised and rewarding gaming experience in the space.”

Kwiff has signed deals with Pragmatic Play and Booming Games in recent months, adding both to its platform.

The deal with Pragmatic saw slot games such as Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Wolf Gold and The Dog House all become part of Kwiff’s platform.

Furthermore, the agreement with Booming Games saw Cash Pig, Buffalo Hold & Win and The Wild Wings of Pheonix also join Kwiff.
