Hard Rock International has appointed Mark Harkness as the President of the highly anticipated Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

Harkness is a New Jersey native with decades of experience in the gaming industry. He will be reporting directly to Jon Lucas, Chief Operating Officer for Hard Rock International.

Chairman and CEO of Hard Rock International, Jim Allen comments: “With his many achievements and successes in previous leadership roles, we look forward to Harkness bringing his wealth of knowledge in the gaming industry to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.”

At the backend of June, Lucas was named as the company’s COO along with two other executive position announcements.

Dale Hipsh was promoted to Senior Vice President where he will oversee the entire hotel portfolio for Hard Rock. Finally, Sean Caffery was appointed as Senior Vice President of Casino Development for Hard Rock International.

Allen commented: “As we continue to grow the Hard Rock brand beyond our existing footprint, we look to Lucas, Hipsh and Caffery to lead the expansion process with exciting, new projects in the Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos pipeline.”
