Spin Games secures UK licence as part of global expansion
Interactive gaming technology and games provider, Spin Games LLC announced late last week that it had been successful in acquiring a UK Gambling Commission licence.
The US-based company will now be able to provide gambling content and technology to Spin partners in the United Kingdom.
The operating licence gives the provider the opportunity to start supplying its interactive gaming content, in addition to expanding its international footprint by targeting new clients.
The procurement of a UK licence is all part of the company’s expansion strategy. Spin Games is also in the process of applying for additional gaming licences in various new commercial, domestic and international jurisdictions.
Spin Games’ Chief Executive Kent Young said in a company statement: “We are extremely excited to announce this landmark operating license as it is a key approval for Spin Games, and will allow us to establish our expanding presence globally.
“Bringing proven land-based content to the igaming environment within the UK and Europe is another milestone and significant opportunity for Spin, signifying the company’s growth and success.”
