Jackpotjoy announce new board member
Jackpotjoy PLC has announced the appointment of Andria Vidler to the company’s board of directors where she will serve as a non-executive Director.
The appointment, which will be made following the company’s annual general meeting on June 7, will also see Vidler join the company’s remuneration committee.
Vidler has previously served as CEO of Centaur Media PLC since 2013 and CEO of EMI, UK and Ireland, for three years prior. UK-based Jackpotjoy is currently the largest online bingo focused operator worldwide with gaming revenue of $414.4m in 2017.
Commenting on the appointment, Neil Goulden, Executive Chairman of Jackpotjoy, said: “We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the Board. We are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses in the media and marketing space, particularly her strong track record of creating technology and digital solutions to engage with consumers and drive loyalty.
