Pass the mic: RSI hosts new “Citycasts” across America
Rush Street Interactive (RSI), the Chicago-based gaming and betting company, has announced it is launching a new sports betting audio and video podcast across the US, for BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse brands.
The “CityCasts” will air five days a week, across multiple platforms; these include: Home | BetRivers Blog, VSiN’s website, iHeart Media, Apple iHeart Media, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other media channels. The hosts produce content in the form of news, analytics and insights to aid sports bettors in their wagering decision making.
RSI is currently broadcasting such podcasts in: Pittsburgh, Chicago, Detroit and Philadelphia, with New York, Denver, Washington DC and Los Angeles following soon in the coming weeks, with the potential to brand out further, extending to other states.
The platform will deliver communication from the gaming and gambling industry veterans, divulging knowledge, expertise and a detailed insight into local teams, schedules and players. This helps provide the latest moves in the betting lines.
Alongside BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse bookmakers, there will be additional hosts, setting the stage for the day’s biggest sporting events, alongside local sports information.
Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI, which operates BetRivers, said: “These CityCasts are locally focused, which is consistent with our strategy to offer our players Hometown Sportsbooks, and offer authentic and credible breakdowns specific to each host’s home market.
“The hosts’ expert analysis will assist BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse bettors in making knowledgeable sports betting decisions, whether they’re experienced or brand new to the action.”
