GLI certifies Video King and Parlay Games’ new bingo product
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has certified Bingo Treasures, a “tribally linked” product of Video King and Parlay Games.
The companies previously announced their collaboration on a new “tribally linked class II bingo game with multimillion-dollar weekly prize jackpots.”
Both companies have now combined their efforts and “synergistic” intellectual property assets into a new joint venture.
Having received certification from GLI, and having filed a patent application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Bingo Treasures will soon come to tribal operators. Video King has begun licensing Bingo Treasures to tribal customers throughout the US.
“With the GLI approval in hand, we will now be working quickly to finalise licence agreements and installation dates with tribes who will be first movers with us and who will launch Bingo Treasures at any facility (not just gaming facilities) on their tribal lands,” said Rusty Morin, Video King’s Chief Financial Officer.
“The combination of the game’s class II bingo software certification and patent-pending methodologies enable us to create a multi-billion-dollar national game, which will only be offered by US Sovereign Nation Indian Tribes, for play from their tribal lands.”
Weekly prize jackpots start at $2m, but by linking more tribes together, added Morin, these could reach $100m.
Based on this, as well as other features, Morin anticipates that customer engagement will only increase as more tribes introduce Bingo Treasures.
He concluded: “We anticipate that player and tribal participation are sure to grow as players become aware of Bingo Treasures and additional tribes understand the game’s ability to bring in players more frequently, create add-on purchases, as well as attracting new players.”
