PDX Slots launches in the US with Internet Vikings

According to the PDX Slots, Internet Vikings offered a hosting service that suited its needs, and Michigan was the desired market to open in.

Earlier this year, OddsSeeker said it believes Michigan will become one of the largest markets in the US after its revenue for H1 2022 reached $757m. Michigan was still a burgeoning market, and it nearly generated as much as the far-more mature New Jersey, which made $814.5m for the first half of 2022.

PDX Slots CEO Christopher Housel said: “Internet Vikings has been a great partner, allowing us to quickly deploy in new jurisdictions. They have been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to a strong continued partnership.”

Internet Vikings Founder and CEO Rickard Vikström added: “How we provide our hosting solutions enables us to match the needs of our customers. We are happy that our hosting services and PDX’s products align so well.

“We look forward to working with Christopher and his company, and I am confident that, soon, Michigan won’t be the only US state we will partner in.”

Recently, Internet Vikings became the first hosting provider to acquire a licence from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The supplier, which operates globally, will soon start serving businesses operating or aiming for entry into Nevada.

This news followed Internet Vikings’ launch in Louisiana this August. However, in June 2021, the state officially recognised and legalised sports betting, followed by retail and online participation in October 2021 and January 2022 respectively.
