The operator says partnering with James will help catapult the project into the hands of the online poker community.

James has 20 poker titles and won over $4m playing tournaments; Ape In Poker says James is one of the top experts in the game.

The poker pro has also held a position as a group seminar speaker and coach, helping poker players improve their game.

James signs on to enhance the operator’s player development process, focusing efforts on player acquisition, retention and education.

James said: “Not only is Ape In Poker the next phase of online gambling, but it’s the next stage of my career.

“With the momentum of this project combined with the incredible technology behind it, there’s no way I was passing up this opportunity. This is a game changer.”

Ape In Poker will host a poker tournament on 7 October 2022 to celebrate the recruitment of James, and players that reach the final of the tournament will receive private coaching from the poker star.

The company has been operating for five years, merging casino games with cryptocurrency payments.

Ape In Poker says this is but its first step before migrating to Web3 technology, where it hopes to update its cashier system to accommodate multiple blockchain cryptocurrencies, including Solana, Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Ape In Poker only launched its online casino room in August this year, releasing a Genesis Players Card NFT to go alongside the launch.
