Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos selects VizExplorer solutions

VizExplorer’s player development and marketing analysis solutions have been introduced at two casinos in Northern Michigan.

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos selects VizExplorer solutions

The properties in question are Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel and Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge, both operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians via the tribe’s company, Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos.

Each has introduced VizExplorer’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, hostVizOps, to better monitor players’ behaviour.

Specifically, this tool will give Grand Traverse staff mobile access to customer data, real-time notifications about player activity on-site and automated task management.

Turtle Creek and Leelanau Sands will also leverage CampaignViz, a solution designed to enhance operators’ marketing activity.

“VizExplorer’s experience in the industry, expansive tool set and outstanding reviews for support and service made them a clear choice to bring the best to our guests,” said Richard Bailey, Grand Traverse CEO.

“Their functionality gives us the ability to execute our database marketing on a superior level.”

This partnership is the latest in a string of deals between VizExplorer and tribal operators. In fact, the first four months of 2022 saw the company announce a similar agreement each month.

However, this recent partnership is the first to be announced since VizExplorer’s deal with Palms Casino Resort in April.

But regarding the company’s latest deal, VizExplorer CEO David Patent commented: “We are excited to partner with Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos and to be part of their company’s data strategy.

“Our tools will make it easy for their teams to unlock the full power of their data.”
