Axes names Roman Czubak Global CTO
Axes.ai has made a new C-level appointment, bringing Novomatic veteran Roman Czubak on board to oversee product development.
The iGaming executive will serve as Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO), managing various functions to help “maintain high productivity,” among other responsibilities.
But to accomplish this and similar goals, Czubak will need to draw on his more than two decades of industry experience.
The new appointee has joined Axes from the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA), where he served as Chairman for nearly four years.
Czubak’s IGSA tenure will likely prove useful in his new role, specifically as he helps Axes navigate regulatory standards.
He also occupied multiple leadership positions at Novomatic, including Manager of the company’s Octavian division. Among his other roles at Novomatic, Czubak served as Head of Sales CEE.
“Axes is growing fast and requires a structured and process-based approach to software, cloud and IoT development,” said Earle G. Hall, Axes President and CEO.
“Roman is a seasoned leader with an incredible understanding of what systems should be. His expertise will structure and focus our rapidly growing team to maintain high productivity whilst we acquire more products.”
