WA.Technology acquires iGaming development company Onseo, aiming to offer clients faster turnaround times.
WA.Technology has announced the acquisition of Onseo, a company specialising in gaming technology development.
The acquisition brings Onseo’s development expertise in-house, with a team of over 700 developers joining WA.Technology to enhance its existing offerings.
WA.Technology, founded in 2021, provides a range of iGaming solutions, including platforms for sports betting, casinos, lotteries and fantasy sports.
The acquisition of Onseo will allow WA.Technology to increase its ability to offer customisable and scalable solutions across these areas. According to the company, this move will enable quicker turnaround times and increased flexibility for its clients.
Onseo has decades of experience developing technology for the gaming industry and has worked with various high-profile companies within the sector. The acquisition is expected to enhance WA.Technology’s ability to meet the needs of its operator clients by integrating Onseo’s capabilities directly into its service offerings.

In August 2024, WA.Technology partnered with 3 Oaks Gaming to distribute slot games via its platform, which supports over 4,500 games from more than 50 suppliers. The partnership allowed 3 Oaks Gaming to expand its market reach, while WA.Technology further broadened its casino offerings.
