Konami appoints Tom Jingoli as President and COO
The long-serving executive will now lead daily operations across five continents, as Konami continues international growth in land-based and online gaming markets.

Konami Gaming has promoted long-time executive Tom Jingoli to President and COO, while also naming him Managing Director of Konami Australia.
The move forms part of a broader leadership restructure intended to support the company’s ongoing global growth in land-based and digital gaming sectors.
Jingoli, who has been with Konami for over two decades, previously held leadership roles across compliance, sales, marketing and customer service.
As President & COO, he will now oversee day-to-day operations across all internal departments, with direct responsibility for business performance across Konami’s global offices in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
In parallel, CEO Steve Sutherland has been appointed Corporate Officer of Konami Group Corporation, the Japanese parent company. He will continue in his current role as CEO of Konami Gaming.

The company’s increased focus on international markets has seen new projects across both land-based and digital verticals. With further European and Latin American initiatives in the pipeline, Konami’s updated executive structure places Jingoli at the centre of operational delivery while Sutherland continues to oversee long-term strategy. Both remain members of Konami Gaming’s Board of Directors.
