Soft2Bet launches Swiper brand for Swedish market
Soft2Bet speaks exclusively to Gambling Insider about its newly licensed Swiper brand, optimised for Swedish players and domestic regualtion.
Key points:
– Soft2Bet is launching a new localised brand for Sweden called Swiper
– Brand is powered by Soft2Bet’s MEGA engine and integrated with Swish payments
– App is mobile-optimised and features a social-media like swipe-based interface
Soft2Bet will be launching a new localised brand, this time tailored for the Swedish players and operating under a Spelinspektionen (Swedish Gambling Authority) licence.
Swiper is powered by Soft2Bet’s road-tested motivational engineering gaming application (MEGA) engine, which is the company’s proprietary framework designed to increase retention and engagement.
More than 85,000 live and 70,000 pre-match sports betting opportunities will be accessible on Swiper as well promotions that are intrinsically linked to the nation and its calendar of events and holidays.
The new brand will function in the style of a social media application and feature an adaptive interface that changes in response to user preferences, aligning with the algorithmic retention strategies of platforms like TikTok and Instagram and reflecting contemporary browsing habits.
The swipe-driven navigation will optimise the app for mobile users, while the onboarding process, payment methods and game certifications are designed to be specifically aligned with Swedish user preferences and Spelinspektionen licence obligations.
Soft2Bet CPO Yoel Zuckerberg told Gambling Insider: “Players today are used to the ease of scrolling TikTok or Instagram and we wanted to bring that familiarity into the casino experience. With Swiper, players discover games through a personalised feed of short, dynamic clips that surface new releases, jackpots and live action.
“Each swipe is instant and powered by our MEGA engine, which adapts rewards and missions to each player’s preferences. Discovery is part of the entertainment, and players stay engaged longer because the experience is both engaging and fun.”
Good to know: Soft2Bet has had success with other localised projects like CampoBet and Betinia, which are both licensed in Sweden but optimised for Danish players
As well as making the most of Soft2Bet’s technology and market knowledge, the new venture has a clearly defined goal of building trust in Sweden via strong localised safety and compliance measures.
Namely, these include integration with the nation’s dominant mobile payment solution, Swish, the domestic self-exclusion service, Spelpaus, and Swedish-centric bank identification processes.
David Yatom Hay, General Counsel at Soft2Bet, gave the following comment to Gambling Insider: “These features are essential to creating a safe, trusted environment for Swedish players. BankID provides secure, instant verification that people already rely on in daily life, so onboarding feels familiar and safe. Similarly, Swish makes deposits and withdrawals fast and straightforward via the player’s bank account, adding reassurance to every payment.
“Spelpaus is integrated by default, so anyone who chooses to self-exclude is automatically protected across all licensed operators. By combining these systems, Swiper delivers a secure, compliant experience that aligns with local expectations.”
