Tsachi Maimon appointed new RubyPlay CEO
Tsachi Maimon has moved from his role as CSO at Aristocrat Interactive to be the Chief Executive Officer at RubyPlay.

RubyPlay has appointed a new CEO, with Tsachi Maimon stepping into the role at the beginning of October 2025.
Maimon has experienced an unusual route through gaming, starting out in telecoms before applying for a role within gambling based on no prior knowledge of the sector.
He went on, however, to serve in a number of senior executive roles, often being shifted around as part of corporate restructuring following takeovers.
One of the notable roles he has occupied was as the CEO of iGaming solutions provider Aspire Global, where he oversaw a period of strategic acquisitions and investments.
Latterly, Aspire was acquired by NeoGames, at which point Maimon’s role was expanded to President and Head of iGaming for the whole group.
When NeoGames was bought by Aristocrat Interactive in 2024, he took up a position as Chief Strategy Officer.
He will now be stepping into the space vacated by Trevor Ginsberg, former RubyPlay CEO.
Good to know: In July 2025, RubyPlay was added to the Elantil Marketplace, meaning all Elantil’s operators are able to quickly and easily integrate more than 100 new casino games
On this next step, Maimon said: “Now is the time to build on this successful platform and elevate the business to an even higher level. A key part of my role will be to help drive RubyPlay’s strategy to become a leading player in North America. Together, we are an ambitious team that is determined to set new benchmarks and achieve our targets.”
RubyPlay has made new market entries in Brazil and the US of late to partner with more operators and reach more players with its portfolio of games.
The company has been diversifying its offering as well, transitioning from being a creative supplier to a more holistic partner for operators, with a localised approach, bespoke content capabilities and its own independent games studio, Koala Games.
