Merkur Gaming has over 60 games in its library, including titles such as Gong-Hei Gong-Hei, Heart of the Nile, Ruby Sevens and Green Amulet. There is a variety between the games, with a fairly even split down the middle between slot games that offer free game rounds and those that don't.
Cabinets
With seven cabinets to choose from, each of them offering slightly different features and priorities, Merkur Gaming has extended its range of cabinets to accommodate for all kinds of casinos. For example, the Avante Trio has three, 27" LED screens that break the user interface up into three distinct areas, while the Allegro Curved incorporates the slot games into one, 43" curved monitor. Each of the machines can be localised for currency, language and compliance standards.

Not only does Merkur Gaming provide the games and the cabinets, but the company also develops its own jackpot systems too. These include linked progressive features, customisable thresholds and extra games.
Link Zone 2: The Link Zone 2 jackpot is the updated system, based on the original Link Zone feature. This software doesn't have an overarching theme, although it does introduce four different modes: Empress Zone, Viking Zone, Captain Zone and Hero Zone. There are two progressive jackpot levels, repins, wheel triggers and jackpot chances available.
Red Pocket: Inspired by the colour red being considered a lucky number in Chinese culture, the Red Pocket jackpot really embraces the other motifs used in Chinese celebrations. Other symbols include envelopes, which are in reference to the 'lucky money' envelopes which are given as gifts. Finally, there are three Chinese-themed games in the Red Pocket Jackpot; Cai Yuan Gun Gun, Good Fortune and Lu Lu Fa.
Solar Link: This four-level jackpot system includes a player-selectable multi-denomination, with bonus prizes that reflect what is chosen. There are six games in the jackpot system, African Tales, Arabian Myth, Expanding Beauty, Fountain of Gold, Gates of Luxor & New Year's Festivity with a range of super spins, solar symbols and power bets that can be triggered too.
Merkur Mystery: The Merkur Mystery jackpot is configurable between a three or four-level jackpot, with further customisation options. It also comes with game-independent progressives, a scrolling banner to show previous wins and optional 'must-hit-before' functions. The Merkur Mystery jackpot is also compatible with all current Merkur HD cabinets and almost all of the games in the company library.
HISTORY
Founded in 2005, Merkur Gaming was initially launched to develop slot games for land-based casinos. Shortly after its creation, the Gauselmann Group moved Merkur Gaming's attention over to online gambling. Since then, the company has focused primarily on slots for iGaming platforms. Merkur Gaming has also developed Amusement with Prize (AWP) slots, Served-based Gaming and VLT lottery symptoms.
