DraftKings

Paul has achieved many prominent milestones across the industry since co-founding DraftKings and has been a key figure in helping redefine the fantasy sports market. DraftKings moved from a small business run out of Paul’s home to a global platform with more than two million monthly users.
Since its launch, Paul has been instrumental in helping DraftKings develop multiple partnerships with many major sports leagues, including the NFL, NHL, and UFC. Additionally, the company has also become a fantasy sports partner for NASCAR.
Paul Liberman began his career as an Application Engineer with Analog Devices, holding the position from 2005-2007. He then moved on to various roles at VistaPrint between 2005 and 2012, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics.
With more than a decade of experience in technology and business operations, Liberman co-founded DraftKings in January 2012 alongside his former VistaPrint colleagues, Jason Robins and Matt Kalish.

Newsweek named DraftKings as one of America’s Greatest Companies 2025, a list that included Johnson & Johnson, Amazon, and American Express. Paul talked about how far the company had come since its early days, and what an honor it was to be on a list with those names.
We started this company with the three of us. Me, Jason [Robins] and Matt [Kalish] in my spare bedroom in Watertown, Massachusetts… It’s just incredible to hear that we are (a) on that list and (b) associated with all these companies.
