According to the two companies, the newly integrated product creates a cashless solution that works for all casinos – irrespective of their CMS provider.
Further, they said this cashless solution enables patrons to fund their play via a mobile app while helping casinos avoid costly CMS upgrades, complex system integrations and IP Patent Pool fees required by all other cashless solutions.
By integrating these two products together as one, JCM and Global Payments said casino guests can use their phones to quickly fund slot machines, table games, restaurants and bars – creating a cashless experience across the entire casino resort with no complicated system integrations required at any of those touch points. They added this gives players the choice of how they wish to interact with their favorite slot machine, table game, or non-gaming venue and expands their funding options to both cash and cashless possibilities.
Global Payments Gaming said VIP Mobility is a cashless solution that does not require the creation of a wagering account, thereby easing regulatory review and mitigating tribal compact changes.
JCM said its FUZION system and iVIZION bill validator provide a solution to help casino operators deter cheating, prevent acceptance of fraudulent bills, increase up-time of their slots, and save labor during routine and emergency drops.
