Caesars Entertainment has reached a deal with software as a service (SaaS) solutions provider RateGain Travel Technologies.

The company works with travel and hospitality brands to “maximise revenue” by improving pricing efficiency.

Through its deal with Caesars, the company will supply several products to be implemented across the operator’s more than 50 US properties, and all intended to boost hotel performance and profitability.

This includes RateGain’s OPTIMA solution, a product designed to provide real-time competitive intelligence.

Billed as an “easy-to-use, multilingual platform,” RateGain claims OPTIMA will offer Caesars’ revenue team automated market insights to improve operational efficiency.

In addition, RateGain said that pricing teams will work to detect “revenue leakage,” to ensure, in its own words, “Caesars is in sync with all its demand partners to offer the right prices across channels and validate any rate parity violations.”

Commenting on this partnership was Caesars’ Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations Pavan Kapur, who remarked: “RateGain's innovative products help us maintain competitiveness across all our markets by enabling our teams to make educated pricing decisions.”

Chinmai Sharma, President Americas at RateGain, was likewise optimistic about their partnership, commenting: “The team at Caesars has always been a leader in identifying trends in the market and adopting them to provide their guests the best experience across every touchpoint.

“Delivering the right price for each property across every channel is a big part of that experience, and we are delighted that Caesars has selected us to help them improve pricing efficiency and margins in the new normal.”
