After Bragg was approved for a licence in Pennsylvania last month, all that remained was for both parties to complete their transaction. This has now taken place, with Bragg moving to “immediately leverage” Spin’s US iGaming relationships.

Bragg is looking to introduce new proprietary and exclusive third-party online casino content, developed specifically for US and Canadian players. The group will also attempt to cross-sell its existing European casino content.

“We are positioned to quickly grow our US market presence over the next several months beginning with our iGaming content and supporting game optimisation technologies,” said Yaniv Spielberg, Chief Strategy Officer at Bragg.

He added: “With more than 30 years of experience in the North American gaming sector, Spin Games’ Founder and CEO Kent Young will serve as our President Americas and oversee our US market roll-out growth strategy.”

Bragg expects to launch its first proprietary games, Egyptian Magic, Fairy Dust and Paradise Ticket, as well as others from partner studios, starting in Q3.

These will first come to the group’s remote gaming server (RGS) in Connecticut, Michigan and New Jersey, with games in Pennsylvania expected to follow.

Spin Games’ existing RGS and casino content are fully licensed and distributed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan and are licensed pending launch in Connecticut and British Columbia.

Young remarked: “I am delighted to now be a part of the Bragg team and I’m confident the company is perfectly positioned to leverage our leading RGS technology and proprietary and third-party content to quickly execute on our US and Canada iGaming expansion plan.”
