Buzz Bingo and Future Anthem partner to personalise user experiences
Buzz Bingo has secured an agreement with AI solutions provider Future Anthem that will see the bingo operator implement AI to personalise player experiences.
Future Anthem’s Amplifier AI analyses player behaviour, drawing its data from millions of player hours on thousands of casino games.
This data is interpreted and used to produce detailed analytics, intelligence and predictions that can be used to influence design decisions and player safety protocols.
The partnership will see Buzz Bingo integrate the Amplifier AI into its online services, which include bingo, slot and casino games, and will allow the company to provide a greater level of personalisation for its players.
Buzz Bingo Digital Operations Director David Evans said: “Buzz Bingo strives to offer the best player experiences possible and we’re always looking for new, innovative ways to improve our gaming products. Working with Future Anthem to leverage their predictive models which create personalised recommendations takes our site personalisation to the next level – we’re impressed with the outputs and results at this early stage.”
Buzz Bingo went on to detail how the integration of this AI system will also work to support the company’s game release pipeline.

As well as personalisation options, Future Anthem also offers customer experience and performance optimisation modules through its Amplifier AI system.
