The licence grants Enteractive the ability to engage with the 9.5 million people of betting age in Pennsylvania and allows operators to target segments of the audience by using Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud platform – such as those that have registered but not yet deposited.

Andrew Foster, CBO at Enteractive, said of the new licence: “After the early success Enteractive has seen in the US market and the positive way players are responding to our one-to-one personal approach, we’re proud to announce that we are expanding our reach into Pennsylvania state.

"It’s encouraging to see that the US audience is as appreciative of a personal, qualitative approach as the other global audiences we engage with on behalf of operator brands.”

Meanwhile, Mikael Hansson, Enteractive CEO, added: “With this Pennsylvania licence in addition to our licence in New Jersey, we’re available to support player retention for sportsbooks in the two largest online gambling states of the US. With some leading US brands already working with our stateside teams, our journey across the pond gets more exciting each day.”

The customer retention company also recently announced it had joined Gaming Innovation Group’s (GiG) marketplace platform, from which it is hoping to appeal to a new pool of clients.

Andrew Foster, CBO at Enteractive, said after joining GiG’s platform: “Having worked closely with GiG’s partners in the past, we’re thrilled and honoured to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients.”
