OPTX signs partnership with Viejas Casino & Resort
Casino intelligence platform OPTX has signed a partnership with Viejas Casino & Resort in Southern California.
Through the agreement, Viejas has acquired OPTX Slots, Slots AI, Slot Dispatch, Player Development, Player Development AI and Connect solutions.
OPTX noted that the selection is groundbreaking for the Viejas property, with the solutions implemented at Viejas expected to provide well-defined operational value within the property.
“OPTX and Viejas are the perfect partners,” said Viejas General Manager Jim Wild. “Our dedicated team is constantly seeking forward-thinking products to increase our profitability, performance and relationships with our guests.
“This partnership with OPTX will allow us to optimise our casino floor with continuous slot change recommendations, player insights, and visualisations culminating with increased revenue opportunities.”
OPTX added that, through its product, it addresses the unique challenges operators face through modern technology. The data intelligence used by the group creates actionable recommendations for operators, as well as providing real-time individualised insights to ensure that no actionable player is missed.
