Through this partnership, Mojabet plans to increase its online services for African sports enthusiasts.

Mojabet is an African operator that offers telecom offerings, mobile money and financial technologies along with gaming-related services.

To celebrate the beginning of the partnership, Mojabet has launched OM8, where users can correctly predict the outcome of eight questions about the upcoming game each week.

Cash prizes and a variety of genuine OM memorabilia will be available and the weekly prediction game will begin on Sunday.

The Digital Overlay technology, which uses geo-location ads on the Club's LED screens to target viewers in the region, will also be advantageous for Mojabet's brand. All Ligue 1 games played at the Orange Velodrome in Africa can use this technology.

Paris Anatolitis, MOJA Group CEO, said: “OM is the perfect strategic partner for us to help us nurture even stronger fan connections through unique experiences, and complement our highly engaging online betting opportunities. Our OM8 competition offers a glimpse of the engagement initiatives we’ll be running to give something back to our customers.”

Pedro Iriondo, Strategy & Development General Manager at Olympique de Marseille, said: “We are delighted to welcome Mojabet as a regional betting partner in Africa. We believe Mojabet will be an ideal partner for the club, and together we will be able to reach and engage more with our fan base in Africa.”

The French national lottery operator Française des Jeux (FDJ) recently extended its partnership with the football club Olympique de Marseille for an additional three seasons, ending in 2025.
