IGT names Brian Blake as new VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Blake will join IGT as part of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leadership team with immediate effect.
IGT, a manufacturer and distributor of slot and casino games, has announced that Blake will be the most recent addition to its senior management team.
Blake joins IGT with 12 years of experience in building employee participation and creating beneficial behavioural change in the workplace.
His recent roles include Senior Consultant for Learning and Organisational Development at Turner, and Learning and Leadership Development Principal for Blake Solutions.
Before joining IGT, he was Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the National Hockey League (NHL).
Blake joined the NHL in September 2019, where he was responsible for building an inclusive employee engagement strategy across the organisation.
He also advised NHL clubs on the appropriate practices in regard to recruiting new members, establishing the culture and growing a diverse audience.
During his time at the NHL, he launched an immersive, educational experience that was the first of its kind.
This was delivered to all employees, including the league’s commissioner and senior executive team.

In his role as as VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Blake will develop and implement programmes to promote an ethical, diverse and inclusive working environment.
Blake will ensure a positive impact engagement with the workforce and create an open multichannel environment for support.
